Rush ‘n Attack and Xevious Heading to the Arcade
No joke, people — Rush ‘n Attack and Xevious are coming to the Xbox Live Arcade. Those of you who have the Wii have already had the chance to throw down and own some rings via the Wii Virtual Console, but now it’s our turn to get a crack at the game.
And my turn to own everyone on my friend’s list. But I digress.
Here is what you’ll be getting with these two games… after the break, because I can:
Rush ‘n Attack:
In addition to the single-player, you and a friend can either play versus or co-operatively through the four stages of this beat ‘em up, as you attempt to save the POWs. You will have the option of playing either the classic game, or play through the game with a new graphical update. If you’re a purist, you play classic. Period. There will also be twelve achievements that equal up to 200 points.
Xevious:
With Xevious, you get… well, Xevious. It’s pretty much the same exact game you played back in 1982. Yes, it’s already been 25 years since Xevious came to our arcades. In addition to the standard Xbox Live leaderboard (to which you can expect to see “MaximusPaynicus” on soon), you will also have twelve achievements to unlock, equaling 200 points.
